All of our work is individually crafted by hand to order.
We calculate shipping within Australia using the size, weight and fragility of your item/s. This helps us ensure that your purchase arrives intact and undamaged.
Shipping is free for most small pieces. We arrange an independent contractor for larger pieces and delivery fees will be quoted at the time of purchase.
RELIK Designs cannot be held responsible once the parcel leaves their care.
Amendments to orders can be made by contacting email@example.com. If an order has already been dispatched, then postage costs will apply.
RELIK Designs reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion.
Domestic Orders are expected to take approximately:
2–3 weeks production + 1–5 days Shipping.
All domestic shipping is sent via either Australia Post (standard or registered), TNT Express or Couriers Please tracked service.
International Orders are welcome. Currently our sales system is not set up for international shipping but please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss options.

RELIK Designs does not maintain responsibility for shipping delays or individual countries customs protocols and import charges.
Dispatch and delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only. We will try our best to deliver your order as soon as we can, however RELIK Designs is not liable for any third-party failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time. If issues arise and you need assistance from RELIK Designs, we are more than happy to help where we can to fulfill your order.
Duties & Extra postal fees
RELIK Designs ship DDU (delivery duties unpaid) which means any duties will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. RELIK Designs unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties as these charges vary widely from country to country.
Returns are not accepted due to customer error or change of mind.
Should you be dissatisfied, please contact RELIK Designs by email immediately (within 3 days) of receiving your order to discuss your options. Should an exchange or possible return be necessary, the product must be returned in ‘as new’ condition (including all tags and packaging and unopened) within 30 days of the original dispatch date.
Upon inspection of the returned item, we will gladly issue an online store credit. Postage costs will not be refunded unless the item was in faulty condition. Return items that have in any way been damaged or altered from their original state will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection, however we are happy to provide an online store credit. if you would like to return a RELIK item for an online credit, please email email@example.com within 3 days upon receipt of your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item from our RELIK Online Collection, we recommend that you use a postage service that can be tracked. It is the responsibility of the customer that goods arrive to us safely.
